Key Responsibilities and Duties: ● Order management of customer orders, PO receipt, verify customer information, product, price/quote, quantity, other terms, book order in ERP. ● Understand commercial concepts such as but not limited to incoterms, order changes, lead times, cancellation, to check adherence with standard T&C’s or customer contracts. ● Timely processing of customer orders, sending order acknowledgments, and various customer service related communications. ● Interface with customers (internal and external) on CRD, CSD, pull-in, push-out, cancellation, RMA, backlog management reports. ● Record and retain sales order data to satisfy audit requirements and contract compliance. ● Set up new customers with finance, manage customer master data in ERP. ● Process sample request as needed, which may include packaging and shipping to customer. ● Support order fulfillment activities by means of collaborating with planning, sales, and warehouse teams. ● Coordinate the communication between the sales team, supply chain, and communicate with customers. ● Familiarity with EDI, distributor POS and distributor inventory process a plus.
Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree or above ● 2-5 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in semiconductor industry ● Proficient Word, Excel (vlookup, pivot tables) ● Experience with ERP and CRM tools ● Detail oriented with an aptitude for analytical work and problem solving. ● Strong sense of responsibility, excellent execution capability, good team player
