Functional Responsibility
1. Delivery exceptional customer service via all channels with the goal of ensuring that customer order and enquiry needs are met while maintaining service level agreements; 协助全方位提高客户服务水平,跟进客户订单与咨询的需求,协助维持高水准的客户服务质量; 2. Identify potential customer needs and opportunities to grow business by providing high human touch; 与客户紧密联系,不断挖掘客户需求,寻求新业务机会; 3. Responsible for maintaining and updating customer information in CRM system; 负责CRM模块客户信息的维护与更新; 4. Work with and support customer service team and sales team to maintain and support customer expectations; 与客服部和销售部协作,为客户需求提供合理的解决方案; 5. Back up for members when necessary and follow other instruction from Leader. 必要时做同事的后备及完成上级安排的其他工作。
Personal Capabilities & Education
1. Logistics management or related college degree or above; 物流管理或相关大专以上学历; 2. At least 3 years logistics industry working experience; 至少3年物流行业工作经验; 3. Excellent expression ability, thinking ability and communication ability; 优秀的表达能力,思考能力与沟通能力; 4. Skilled in OFFICE application, and EXCEL, PPT production ability; 熟练的OFFICE 运用能力,和EXCEL 、PPT制作能力; 5. Able to read and understand English documents and letters, communicate orally; 能读懂英文文件及信函,能进行口语交流; 6. Pleasant personality, rigorous work, proactive, good sense of responsibility; 性格开朗,工作严谨,做事积极主动,具备良好的责任心; 7. Strong ability to work under pressure, good teamwork skills. 有较强的抗压能力,具备良好的团队合作能力。 8.
