职位描述
Location : Shenzhen or Guangzhou
You will be part of our Sales + Marketing team, adding your consultative selling expertise + skills to the delivery of business growth.
Your Role
Your primary objective will be to develop existing or new business by coordinating all business development actions + triggering opportunities within your specified vertical for larger accounts. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with our current commercial policy while
focusing on the following key objectives.
Your Responsibilities
61 To directly manage Key Account(s), in accordance with agreed targets, goals + company guidelines, eliciting customer needs + selling our key products + services.
61 To negotiate rates with customers in alignment with the business units (BU), ensuring rate sheets are documented + maintained as needed by the BU’s.
61 To ensure compliance with our sales management processes + systems, ensuring correct + timely updates in our customer relationship system (CRM)
61 To monitor monthly performance against set targets ensuring that immediate actions address deviations.
61 To ensure that account plan(s) are in place based on internal processes + templates which are signed off by the respective sales manager.
61 To effectively hand over + transition new business into operations to ensure that customer requirements +company's commitments are met.
61 To conduct regular + structured review sessions with assigned customers including; process for continuous improvement + innovation, review of customer strategy + priorities to deliver operational excellence.
Your Skills and Experiences
It is required a person who could speak Cantonese.
It’s more focusing on freight forwarding including air + sea+ road logistics development.
Prefer hunting type of sales person at local market.
Your strong expertise with customer + stakeholder relationships with be the key to your success.
You have been selected for this role for your knowledge of the market, industry along with our products + services; because you possess the key attributes we are looking for.
