Key Responsibilities: 1. C&B: Responsible for the full process management of compensation and benefits, social insurance, and individual income tax calculation etc.; 2. Assist in the management of the employment process for academic personnel; 3. Support foreign professors and staffs' visa applications and related immigration process; 4. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR managers.
Qualification & Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of experience in the compensation module; 2. Expertise in compensation system operations and Excel data analysis; 3. Fluent in written and spoken English; 4. Detail-oriented and rigorous, with data sensitivity and the ability to work independently.
