Support the Site HR Leader by providing professional administrative and HR services that align with the company’s development needs. 协助公司人力资源负责人,为公司的发展提供专业的行政及人力资源服务支持。
Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责:
1. Administrative Oversight for All Sites 负责公司全部场地的行政工作; 2. Procurement and Daily Management of Administrative Supplies 负责行政用品的采购及日常管理; 3. Drafting and Implementation of Administrative Regulations 草拟并执行公司行政规章制度; 4. Daily Management of Cleaners, Security, Reception, and Office Public Areas 负责保洁、保安、前台的日常安排及管理,并管理办公室公共区域; 5. Support for Trainings, Meetings, and Meal Coordination 支持各类培训和会议,包括会议室准备、日常管理及工作餐协调等; 6. Maintenance of Company Publicity Board and Coordination of Company Activities 维护更新公司宣传栏,协调组织公司活动; 7. Management of Foreign Employees' Visas, Work Permits, and Residence Permits 负责外籍员工签证、工作许可和居留许可的办理; 8. New Employee Onboarding 负责新员工报到安排; 9. Support for Outsourced Employee Management, New Employee Training, and HR-related Tasks 协助管理外包员工、提供新员工培训及其他人力资源相关工作支持; 10. Other Tasks Assigned by Superior 完成上级分派的其他任务。
Education& Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:
Bachelor and above degree, major in management, human resources ,English or related majors. 本科及以上学历,管理、人力资源、英语或相关专业优先。
Experience工作经验: 2+ years administrative & HR experience,experienced in pharmaceutical or biotech industry is preferred; 2年以上行政人事工作经验,有医药或生物科技行业工作经验者优先;
Multinational companies working experience will be preferable. 有跨国公司工作经验者优先。
Language skills 语言能力 Good English capability both in oral and written 优秀的英语口语和书写能力
