Main tasks and responsibilities ? Implement and optimize HR daily operation procedure in accordance with government regulations, group policy and local policy. ? Handle monthly payroll and social insurance, individual income tax, etc.; follow & optimize effective remuneration execution and benefit plan according to market situation and group salary policy. ? Handle the employee life-cycle process (onboarding, contracting, orientation, offboarding, etc.) in a timely manner. Take care employee relationship and deal with labor disputes with supporting of company lawyer. ? Cooperate with AFC department to analyze and submit related data, such as monthly payroll report data, headcount change information and/or labor cost forecast (FCST). ? Control and manage Success Factor for in/out employees’ status as well as daily attendance, such as recruiting, onboarding & offboarding process in the system etc. ? Conduct hiring activities in coordination with department managers; pursue the best practices and programs to attract and retain key talents. ? Lead and coach HR generalist/specialist in daily work and keep close cooperation with HRBP with necessary data support. ? Other HR related tasks assigned by HRD. 任职资格 Education and professional experience ? Bachelor degree or above in HR, business, management or others. ? At least 5 years of experience in handling HR general operational functions, including but not limited to C&B, recruitment, employee relations etc. Payroll experience is a must; in a multinational manufacture company is a plus. ? Fluent in English and able to use English as working language. ? Familiar with MS office serials, such as WORD, EXCEL, PPT etc. Experience of using Success Factor is a plus. ? Professional and effective approach in communication with different level of employees/external parties. ? Able to work independently and be efficient.
