The Job: As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be part of our Asia Supply Chain team working as a on-site employee. You’ll get to: Interact with customers proactively and reply to all their inquiries regarding to product availabilities, lead-time, production schedule, etc. Make the consolidation plan based on products’ stock location, shipping volume, destination, order’s due date to maximumly utilize the capacity of container. Work with Commercial to understand the sales target, and get the quotes for any new products Prepare the proforma invoice for each of customer order and send back for confirmation. Working with logistics team/customer freight forwarder to get the freight quotation, confirm the quote with customers, work with logistics to arrange the shipment for each order. Proactively update open orders status to customers Prepare the shipping documents after order is picked up from shipping DC, including B/L, COO, commercial invoice, etc., make sure the docs are correct and provided to customers in a timely manner Provide support to customers for any other requirements as per company’s policies and procedures The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You also have: Preferable background with Outdoor Powerful Products working experience Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative for at least 3 years High sense of duty and customer awareness Knowledge of planning, logistics, gasoline products Fluent oral & written English Excellent communication & presentation skills Must have ability to work cross functionally, build relationships and excellent teamwork.
