Key Responsibilities: 1.Overall responsible for full function of HR and Admin, provide appropriate and prompt support related to HR functions to business unit from talent acquisition,C&B,employee retention,performance management,talent development,organization development,ER,etc. 2.Promote overseas policy deployment and recruitment, participate in the development of Suzhou strategic objectives. 3.Understand the business cycles and talent needs of the organization to develop human capital strategies to build the capability of the workforce to meet business goals. 4.Ensure all the HR daily operations fully in line with HR policies/practices,compliance requirements,local laws and regulations; 5.Develop and implement company administration policy and procedures,create comfortable and safeworking environment; 6.Establish and maintain communication channels with local labor department &other relevant government departments; Job Requirement: 1.Bachelor's degree or above,HR related major is preferred 2.5-8 years experiences in leadership role,prefer manufacturing background; 3.Ability to provide innovative solutions with excellent interpersonal skill to drive implementation. 4.Strong sense of continuous improvement,willing to challenge the status quo and make changes 5. Coordinate overseas links with the headquarters and respond to the strategic layout of the headquarters. 6. Fulent in oral and written english. 7. overseas working experienc,Mexico is preferred.
