Duties& Responsibilities: 1.Provide coherent, trusted and effective HR partnership support to departmental management to meet/exceed their objectives by participating in the development, recommendation, communication and implementation of sound HR plans; 2.Provides appropriate communications within the organization and promotes employee understanding of programs, policies, and objectives along with developing positive employee morale and company culture; 3.Create regular reports on HR metrics or HR; 4. Support the roll out of Corporate programs or HR project in MPS Suzhou departments; 5. Develop collaborative relationships with the other members of the HR function/COEs across China and Asia, communicating as necessary on MPS Suzhou related matters; 6. Independently working with minimal supervision in all HR activities implementation; 7. Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance; 8. Follow EHS related laws, regulations and company's EHS related management regulations, timely report potential risk, and propose safety improvement suggestion.
Function Demands: 1.Bachelor or above,majored in Human resource management is preferred. 2.Strong English skill in oral and written. 3.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4.Good collaboration and influencing skills. 5.Good coaching skill. 6.3 to 5 years‘ experience in Human Resource ,MNC.
