Responsible for designing talent development strategies and training programs for the Engineering Center. Deliver customized learning solutions, leadership development, and technical competency enhancement to align with organizational goals. Lead Engineering Center yearly training needs review meetings and data collection, and draft yearly training schedule, the training resources including trainer team, training material. Lead the Engineering Center employee developing program, including the competency evaluation, talents developing plan, developing plan accomplishment. Design and deliver technical/Leadership training program through blended learning programs Coordinate internal/external expert resources to deliver technical workshops, masterclasses and cross-disciplinary programs the mentorship programs and knowledge-sharing platforms to facilitate technical expertise transfer Monitor industry tech trends and proactively design future-ready competency frameworks Regular audit individual department for on job training records and follow up improvement/actions Follow up new employee training program (both DL & IDL) base on training matrix, take training records and records filing Support recruiting and new employee management, employee relation management Be responsible for Newsletter, culture building activities.
