Responsibility: 1. Provide support on hiring for assigned positions. 2. Provide ongoing HR consultation to employees. 3. Manage onboarding, exit, and contract renewal process. 4. Enhance employee communication through quarterly Town Hall meeting, cross function program, WIN/YPN/Associate Club and etc.. 5. Maintain HR data in HRM and My Success and make sure data integrity and accuracy. 6. Provide HR report like org chart, HC application report, recruitment report and etc. 7. Support HR projects and initiatives as required. Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years HR Generalist experience, preferably with an international company 2. Fluent in English language, exceptional communication skills 3. Experience partnering with senior leadership 4. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar 5. College degree
