岗位职责:
1.Responsible for accurate and efficient deliver the day-to-day HR operations of Employee lifecycle actions, to make sure all the HR operation actions could in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and company compliance requirements (including but not limited to entry, probation, transfer& change, contract renewal and exit).
根据康美包人力资源操作流程和法律法规要求,负责准确高效地办理员工生命周期各个重要节点的日常人力资源操作(包括但不限于入职,试用期管理,转调,合同管理和离职手续)。
1)In charge of timely and accurately maintain employees’ personal information in HRIS and perform changes in line with compliance and internal procedures to ensure the real-time updates of personnel information and provide data support for customers.
负责及时准确维护HRIS员工人事模块的相关信息,并根据合规要求及内部程序进行适时调整以确保人员信息的实时更新并为客户提供数据支持.
2. Systematic project support: Responsible for the maintenance, integration, and optimization of personnel related systems, ensuring stable and accurate operation of the system, and enhancing users' awareness of self-service in the system.
系统性项目支持:负责人事相关系统的维护、对接和优化,确保系统稳定准确运行,提升用户系统自助服务意识
1)Responsible for collecting and analyzing user needs, proposing system optimization suggestions, and promoting implementation; Timely solve problems that arise during system use, provide technical coordination and support.
负责收集并分析用户需求,分析系统使用痛点,提出优化方案并推动落地;及时解决系统使用过程中出现的问题,提供技术协调和支持。
2)Work closely with the global project team to coordinate cross regional teams to complete system integration, data migration, process standardization, and problem solving, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery;
与总部项目团队紧密合作,协调跨区域团队完成系统集成、数据迁移、流程标准化及问题解决,确保项目按时高质量交付。
3)Responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining the human resources self-service platform system to enhance employee self-service experience.
负责 人力资源自助服务平台体系的模块搭建、优化和维护,提升员工自助服务体验。
4)Sort out the system operation process, write standardized customer manuals, FAQ documents or video tutorials, ensure that the content is clear and easy to understand, in line with user habits, and regularly provide system training to users to improve their system operation skills.
梳理系统操作流程,编写标准化客户手册、FAQ文档或视频教程,确保内容清晰易懂、符合用户使用习惯,并定期对用户进行系统培训,提高员工系统操作技能。
3. Activity project support: Assist in planning and executing HR related activities, responsible for supporting the entire process of the event, including scheme design, writing promotional copy, visual material production (posters/PPT, etc.), and on-site coordination.
活动类项目支持:协助策划并执行HR相关活动,负责活动全流程支持,包括方案设计、宣传文案撰写、视觉素材制作(海报/PPT等)及现场协调。
4.Good relations and effective communications with all departments; Monitor employee satisfaction and to put in place corrective action jointly with the Department Heads if necessarily; Work closely with other departments.
与各部门保持良好的关系及有效沟通,关注员工满意度,如有必要与部门领导共同采取改善措施; 与其他部门紧密合作,配合人力资源涉及的相关内外部审核。
5.Be responsible for answering all kinds of user inquiries related in an appropriate and accurate manner, and resolve enquires on time.
负责用恰当及准确的方式解答员工的各类询问,并及时解决可能的问题。
任职要求:
Bachelor degree or above, major in HR, English or related fields.
本科及以上学历本科人力资源,行政管理,英语或其他相关专业.
More than 4 years of work experience in HR systems, with priority given to those with experience in implementing or maintaining SuccessFactors systems.
4 年以上 HR 系统相关工作经验,具备 SuccessFactors 系统实施或维护经验者优先。
熟通劳动相关各类法律法规;
61 With fluent MS-office Operation skills especially in Excel, PPT etc.
熟通MS-Office操作系统,特别是Excel, PPT等;
61 Experience or knowledge of HRSS processes will be preferred
具备人力资源共享中心工作流程的知识或经验。
61 Have experience in implementing or maintaining SuccessFactors system.
具备 SuccessFactors 系统实施或维护经验
