Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities: Manage quality performance for Bioprocess container products. Mentor and develop quality technicians and QC staff. Analyze customer feedback and report product performance. Address customer quality and technical issues promptly. Improve customer feedback systems through coordination. Support overseas customer product registration and **coordinate** return processes. Conduct process and product audits to identify improvements. Review engineering changes for compliance and maintain data accuracy in SAP. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in Engineering, Bioscience, or Chemical. 5+ years in manufacturing, technical service, or customer relationship management. Preferable experience in medical device or bioprocess container manufacturing. Strong interpersonal skills. Proficient in English, capable in a multicultural environment. Experience with ISO13485 implementation. Proven ability to achieve goals independently within challenging time frames.
