Role and Responsibility 61 Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Line Manager in the daily management of the HR department. Utilize and maintain organizational documents and tools as required. 61 Engage with external local authorities in accordance with local regulatory requirements 61 Ensure the maintenance and confidentiality of personnel data files, including compliance with local privacy laws and regulations.
Provide necessary and required support to the HR Group Leader in recruitment and all other HR management processes, including but not limited to: 61 Maintenance of organizational documents (announcements, organizational charts, etc.). 61 Provide support of the recruitment process 61 Management of on boarding and off-boarding procedures 61 Labor contracts management, social insurance and housing fund declaration, etc. 61 Operational management of time attendance and reporting (document collection, absence monitoring, data consolidation, etc.). 61 Employee data input and updates (via SuccessFactors, employee data reports, etc.). 61 Support for HR audits and related activities (including annual declarations required by local government, etc.). 61 Implementation of internal communication initiatives and company events. 61 Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Education and professional experience 61 Bachelor’s degree or above 61 At least 2 years of experiences in Human Resources function in MNC 61 Strong sense of responsibility and accountability 61 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) is preferred 61 Familiarity with HR information systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) is a plus. 61 Proactive and self-motivated work attitude. 61 Able to use written English is required, oral English proficiency is a plus. 61 Good communication skill
