2、管理线上学习平台,完成课程上架、数据追踪及学习数据分析报告 Administer online learning platforms for course deployment, data tracking, and learning analytics reporting
3、课程开发与交付,根据业务需求开发定制化课程,能独立讲授部分课程 Develop customized curricula aligned with business needs and deliver selected training modules independently
4、建立课件素材库,定期迭代更新 Build and maintain a repository of training materials with regular updates
5、业务协同与支持,协同业务部门诊断能力缺口,输出培训改善建议 Partner with business units to diagnose competency gaps and propose training solutions
6、配合人才盘点、任职资格等专项工作,提供培训数据支持 Support talent calibration and competency certification initiatives with training data insights
7、其他企业文化相关配合工作 Support corporate culture initiatives as needed
任职资格 1、本科及以上学历,人力资源,企业管理等相关专业 Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
2、5年及以上企业培训经验,能快速解读销售/技术等岗位核心业务流程,可同时推进多个项目,管理培训全流程 5+ years of corporate training experience. Ability to quickly grasp core workflows in sales/technical roles, manage multiple projects, and oversee full-cycle training operations
3、完整操盘过领导力/关键岗位培训项目 Proven track record in designing and executing leadership/critical role training programs
4、精通PPT/Keynote课件制作,熟练使用剪映/Pr进行视频剪辑 Advanced skills in PPT/Keynote design and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut/Adobe Premiere Pro)
5、掌握AI工具辅助开发(如ChatGPT提炼课程大纲) Proficiency in AI tools for content development (e.g., ChatGPT for curriculum structuring)
6、有任职资格、晋级晋升、人才盘点等人才发展工作经验者优先 Experience in competency modeling, career progression frameworks, or talent calibration is preferred
