Job responsibility:
- Identify and verify the quality issue requests from inspectors, plant and customers;
- Lead and coordinate resources to analyze, investigate, and follow up with corrective solutions regarding the quality issues;
- Consolidate and develop analysis reports and coordinate resources to resolve the quality issues;
- Conduct regular process audit on site and focus on potensial safety hazard, quality risk elimination,quality issue resolving and efficiency improvement;
in order to ensure the production process meets the company's and customer's needs
Requirement:
- Be familiar with Integrated stamping/plating and metal processing and know well the quality control in stamping/plating and metal processing ;
- Be familiar with 8D 5Why, Analysis method to get the solution;
- Be familiar with APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, IATF16949 quality tools;
- Problems solving tools Red-X , Six sigma is plus;
- Writing and speaking ability requirements for English;
- Strong leadership & ownership; Strong logical analysis ability;
- 3-5 year’s above experience in quality engineering, process quality is plus;
- Bachelor degree or above for electronics or machinery major;
