Responsibilities - Be a key communication point between the company and our customers. - Process and follow-up on customer orders, respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner and assist to resolve issues. - Ensure outstanding sales orders reports are monitored each morning and appropriate action taken. - Maintain filing of all sales related documentation on a daily basis. - Communicate with colleagues worldwide on a daily basis, with the aim to ensure effective order fulfillment. - Strive to build successful relationships with both internal and external customers.
Experience & Skills: - Business administration qualifications preferred. - Sound grasp of standard commercial and supply chain practices. - Excellent English language skills. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Logical mind set with a high level of precision and responsibility. - Attention to detail. - Ability to assist in developing sales opportunities, identify and deliver solutions to customers’ problems. - Resilient and patient.
