-Implement daily HR staffing working include recruiting, integration, personnel change, termination process and etc. -Establishing the candidate talents pool to ensure the sufficient talents acquisition to meet business development and new strategy, and tracking the recruiting process as well as cost control. -Supporting HR Manager making headcount planning and monitoring the headcount according to budget and company needs. -Integrating and optimizing of all HR China reports (KPI) and organization chart according to the business requirements. -Supporting to implement annual training plan & development program -Participating and executing other HR projects, programs or activities
