一、工作职责 11客户审核对应(客户准入/新产品过程审核/CSR客户特殊要求) · Responsible for customer audit (Customer admission audit /new product process audit /CSR customer special requirements) 11客户新产品APQP项目开发/变更管理/VAVE · Responsible for customer new product APQP project development/change management /VAVE 11客户现场及售后不良对应 · Responsible for customer 0KM and warranty issues 11客户KPI达成及持续改善追踪 · Responsible for customer KPI achievement and continuous improvement tracking 11客户关系/满意度/年度评价的维护和提升 · Maintain and improve customer relationship/satisfaction/annual evaluation
二、任职要求 11汽车或汽车零部件行业相关工作经验5年以上 More than 5 years working experience in automotive or auto components industry· 11表达及沟通能力强 Excellent expression and communication skills 工作抗压能力强 Work well under pressure 能适应频繁出差 Adapt to frequent business travel
