Professional skill requirement (including certificates, etc.):
Bachelor or over degree in related major;
Experience in quality management area for at least 3 years ; leading experience would be a benefit;
Engaged in the automotive industry and stamping, assembly and welding related producers priority;
Good command of oral and written English;
Excellent knowledge in measurement process;
Excellent knowledge automotive industry;
Familiar with ISO IATF 16949, ISO 14001and tool for quality management(APQP,FMEA,PPAP,MSA&SPC)
Software knowledge: SAP, MS-Office and Quality related software.
Knowledge of GD&T

Responsibility/Tasks description :
In general the Quality planner is responsible for all product/project quality parameters from project phase over SOP and serial production till ramp down. Following main figures have to be considered:
e.g. estimation of the control scope
Create control instructions
Co-determination at the measurement device selection
Supporting of FMEA’s for new projects and adjusting the FMEA’ s after process change or complaint.
Monitor and optimize test sequences and –costs
quality tools
Supporting Complaint handling
Implementation of the 0-failure-strategy (Poka Yoke)
Work out, demand/realize quality assurance measures sibility controls
Prepare and carry out teaching workshops with related department
Participation at shop floor management
Training in measurement technology and support/monitor
Procure new standard measuring equipment for the project
Define and monitor re-work together with SPSU/SP 与SPSU/SP
Support the employees entrusted with control tasks (e.g. setter, worker, shop floor QA) and support in cases of problems
Prepare and trace information about the actual situation of quality linked data of the production (e.g. failure rate, re-work, costs,...) according to their reason
Create measurement value statistics and monitor the compliance of regulation cards
Define and coordinate tasks within the goals and task definition.
Employment and technical leading of employees.
Check and discuss work results.
Support employees in improvements.
Assure the compliance of safety regulations.
Quality check in shop-floor ensures employees follow PWO process.
