Roles & Responsibility 主要职责 ? ?Provide effective HR support/consultancy to business managers including talent selection, rewards management, employee communication and relation, talent development and management, employee performance, etc. ? Collaborate across the People team and work together to introduce new employee experience initiatives that help retention of employees ? ? Lead point of contact for any employee questions or concerns across the employee life cycle, including employee relations, performance management, compensation, policy interpretation and professional development ? ?Performance Development & Rewarding performance – ongoing support for business ? ?Provide advice, counsel and solutions to business leaders on people management aspects of their business including organizational, headcount planning, talent strategy, , career development, engagement, recognition and etc. ? ?Support data management, reporting and analysis - Generate HR metrics, liaise with other HR teams ?on reporting needs. ? ?HR PM: Project management of key priority operation projects across teams. Job Requirement 工作要求 ?Education, Qualification, Work Experience 教育、资质、工作经验 ? Bachelor degree or above, at least 5 years HR professional working experience, commercial organization experience is plus; ? Quick learner with the ability to handle a variety of tasks; ? Excellent command of both written and spoken English; ? Independent, creative and with a strong sense of responsibility; ? Accountable, open minded and sense of innovation; ? Able to work in the pressure and result-driven;
