Job Description 1.Responsible for in customer quality and quality assurance, manage complaints, visit, audit to achieve customer satisfaction. 2.Lead the departmental meetings of quality issues, review supplies, internal, and customer discrepancies, coordinate and track the effectiveness of corrective or proactive action efforts. 3.Manage disposition of deviation material to ensure no escape to customer. 4.Proficient in data analysis, regularly conducting quality data statistics, organizing analysis for abnormal situations, and developing continuous improvement plans and safe launch release. 5. Experience and Qualifications: 1.Bachelor degree or above in in Engineering, Mechanical, Material Science or science and engineering related majors. 2. Min 5 years in Manufacturing Industry with Customer Service, Quality or Process experience is a plus. 3. Quick responser, identify the root cause of quality issues and provide effective solutions. 4.Able to lead a small cross function team for continuous improvement, demonstrated team work spirit. 5.Fluent in written and oral English, capable of collaborating with international teams.
