Job Responsibility: 1. Develop sourcing organization and build up strategy procurement system. Aligning with the overall business objectives and cost saving targets. 2. Develop a qualified supplier base; supervise supplier performance & continuously improvement. Build and maintain strong, long-term agreement with key suppliers. 3. Evaluate organization performance & benchmark the organization development. 4. Lead and manage sourcing teams at each of the locations, providing guidance, training, and performance tracking
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s in engineering or mechanical engineering, MBA is preferred. 2. 5-10 years’ experience in a procurement organization. 3. 3-5 years experience in managerial position. 4. Excellent written and spoken English is a must 5. Solid negotiation skills and effective communication skills internally and externally 6. High standard of ethics and honesty 7. Must be willing to travel frequently.
