2. 招聘管理 Recruitment 在制定的组织结构的基础上,制定招聘计划并进行招聘活动: To do recruitment plan and implement based on designed organization: 1) 参与制订招聘管理制度及相关文件,并管理招聘制度的有效实施Be involved in defining recruitment regulation with Deputy HR Manager, and manage the recruitment efficiency 2) 参与拟订相关招聘计划及招聘渠道 Be involved in setting recruitment plan and recruitment channel 3) 主导操作工的招聘工作 Lead MOD recruitment 4) 协助TFA及M&P的招聘工作,收集整理候选人资料,初步筛选测评候选人,并协调组织候选人面试 Support TFA, M&P recruitment, collect the candidates information, initially screen the candidates, and coordinate the interview 5) 每周整理招聘情况并编制相关报表报告 Make weekly recruitment report and prepare relevant analysis report upon requirement
3. 附加及其它工作任务 Others 1) 遵守健康安全环境规定 Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations 2) 保证和人力资源经理的透明和及时沟通 Ensure transparent timely communication with HR manager 3) 和HSE合作实施HSE培训 Cooperate with HSE coordinator to implement HSE training 4) 部门内其他员工不在时,顶岗 Back up other team members if necessary 5) 部门经理交给的其他临时工作 Others temporary job given by Dept. Manager
