HR & Admin Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with management team and employees providing hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related matters, establishing and driving HR programs/ talent initiatives forward within the company and while always ensuring they align with company business objectives.
2. Partner with management team to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of business.
3. Manage all HR operations in the plant including organization, HR systems, training, recruitment, compensation & benefits and employee relations. Establish the HR policies and processes in line with the VIKING policies and processes, ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
4. Ensure company culture is well established in the plant.
5. Ensure effective human resources support with satisfied quality and in achievement of business objectives.
6. Analyse and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation job levels and employee turnover rate) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in labour laws, and proactively implement necessary updates to policies or processes.
8. Guide administrative team to provide high quality service including security service vendor management, cleaning, canteen, shuttle bus, outing etc..
9. Other assignments required by general manager.

Qualifications

1. Educational Background: Bachelor Degree or above major in HR/ Management / Business or relevant field.
2. Experience with human resource function: At least 8 years management working experience in multinational company.
3. Languages: Fluency in English both written and oral
4. Work independently, aggressive, self-initiated, self-motivated Team spirit and capability of leading a team
5. Strong Communication Skills: Capable of engaging and motivating team members at various levels across the organization.
6. Dynamic, result orientated and capable of performing efficiently in a changing environment. Lead Improvement Initiatives: Spearhead continuous improvement projects focused on cost reduction, quality assurance, safety, and process optimization.
