主要职责Essential responsibilities and duties: 61 通过不断的与客户的沟通和配合,提高公司现场的质量水平,达到公司的质量目标和要求(如PPM,权数等等)。Through continuous communication and cooperation with suppliers, improve the quality level on site and achieve the company's quality objectives and requirements (such as PPM, weight, etc.). 61 从项目的阶段的阶段4结束后到生产结束, 每一个质量缺陷向顾客描述问题和解决问题的行动计划。From the end of phase 4 of the project to the end of production, each quality defect describes the problem to the customer and the action plan to resolve the problem. 主要任务The main missions of the role are: 61 保证工厂质量指标(PPM/质量抱怨、IQS)与顾客跟踪保持一致。 Ensure that factory quality indicators (PPM/ quality complaints, IQS) are consistent with customer tracking. 61 通过审核和顾客缺陷的跟踪和采取行动计划审核来跟踪顾客的满意或不满意程度。 Track customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction through audits and customer defect tracking and action plan audits. 61 跟踪质量受影响的事项(客户、产品、实验室等),确保客户与质量部间的沟通。如遇问题,采用QRCI。 Follow up the affected matters (customer, product, lab, etc.) to ensure the communication between customer and quality department.In case of problems, use QRCI. 61 实施即时围堵政策,通知支持功能部门,建立纠正预防行动计划。 Implement immediate containment policies, notify support functions, and establish corrective and preventive action plans. 61 参与新项目的设计开发、试制、导入工作,提前对新项目的售后风险进行识别和改善督导。 Participate in the design and development, trial production and import of new projects, identify and supervise the after-sales risks of new projects in advance. 61 对新项目导入的问题清单进行监督,识别售后风险问题。 Supervise the problem list of the new project and identify the after-sales risks. 61 参与新项目导入阶段的交付工作。 Participate in the delivery of the new project lead-in phase. 61 牵头分析售后退回件的分析和行动计划以增加顾客满意度并减少售后费用。 Lead the analysis of returned parts analysis and action plans to increase customer satisfaction and reduce after-sales costs. 61 向客户提交生产件批准PPAP文件(含SOP后产品和或过程更改时), 获得客户的批准文件。 Submit production approval PPAP documents (including post-sop product and/or process changes) to customer to obtain customer approval documents. 61 出现质量问题向客户提供整改报告(QRCI、8D报告),追踪起长期改善。 Provide corrective action reports (QRCI, 8D reports) to customers for quality problems, and track long-term improvements. 61 完成上级交代的其他任务。Complete other task assigned by manager.
