1. Budget management: Be responsible for the Headcount Planning and cost budget in the Global Financial Planning Process; monitor headcount & cost in daily management. 2. Talent management: Proceed global talent management processes at branch level, like performance management, merit, bonus, recruitment, onboarding, talent planning, acquisition, development, assessment and retention, etc. in close cooperation with HR Leadership and Corporate teams. 3. ER case management: Maintain good employee relationship in accordance with law and company regulations. Handle ER cases properly inside company, arbitration or court phase. 4. KPI management: Proceed KPI budget at the beginning of the year and follow up regularly in related reports, once there's abnormal situations, action plan is on track back to normal level. 5. Voice listening: Consult with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters. Conduct needs assessments to determine required measures in close cooperation with the HR Leadership Team. 6. Government relationship: Keep smooth communications with related depts of Government. Update policies like subsidy, social insurance, housing fund from government to ensure HR operation is aligned. 7. Audit management: Cooperate with other functions for customer, government and system audit, lead to review audit content in HR part and make sure the compliance rate and completion of action plan in each audit. 8. Training management: Develop and conduct training, such as budget, action plan to enhance employees' competencies. 9. Continuous improvement: Motivate initially and drive continuous changes and improvement and operational excellence within HR activity.
Educational requirements, Certifications:
1. University degree in business administration with focus on human resources or equivalent Certification as a professional coach is desirable
Experience:
1. 3-5 years related work experience in an industrial & international business environment
