A. Recruitment (10%) ①. Support the recruiting fulfilling of regional level. ②. Conducting the initial interviews. B. Training Management (20%) ①. Set up the effective orientation scheme as part of comprehensive induction to ensure the retention has right start. ②. Work closely with functional managers/leaders for training needs analysis and provide professional support in implementation and facilitate the evaluation of training effectiveness. ③. Possess the potential and the willingness to develop some common training courses, such as communication skillsets; front line leaders development skills etc. C. Other HR support for China HRD (30%) ①. Assist HR management procedure & system improvement. ②. HR general information support, such as progress tracking. ③. Other tasks as assigned by line manager. D. LV1 C&B tasks related (50%) ①. Assist line manager on attendance management. ②. Review C&B routine tasks such as salary, social insurance, housing fund, IIT, bonus, etc. ③. Other C&B tasks related as assigned by line manager.
