岗位职责：
1. Non-conformity components/materials quality issue handling & improvement
采购件质量问题处理与改善（40%）
2. Responsible for components/materials quality issue handling and pushing supplier for improvement.
针对采购件的质量问题处理，并推动供应商改善。
3. Conduct supplier QPA & QSA to find out risks and define actions to eliminate the risks.
对供应商进行质量过程审核和质量系统审核以发现风险，并制定措施消除风险。
4. Supplier quality improvement
供应商质量水平提升（40%）
5. Participate in new supplier evaluation, audit, and selection, identify potential risk of new supplier, and define actions to eliminate the risks
参与新供应商的评估、审核与选择，识别新供应商的风险，并制定措施消除风险。
6.Responsible for collecting quality data for supplier performance appraisal and deploy supplier development plan.
收集供应商质量表现的数据，并制定相应的供应商发展计划。
7.Coach supplier to use quality tools(e.g. 8D, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC) and follow up/monitor situation of quality tools using by suppliers.
辅导供应商品质工具的运用，跟进供应商对品质工具的使用。
8.Responsible for review & approve on supplier 4M change and define & implement actions.
参与供应商4M的变更评审和措施制定与实施。

岗位要求：
1. Familiar with plastic parts manufacturing process & character with experience in plastic molding & process control, with adequate know-how of plastic parts’ failure.
熟悉电子件的生产工艺与特性，对其工艺管控有一定经验，对其常见的缺陷具有一定的认识和见解；
2. Familiar with ISO 9001, familiar with IATF 16949 is preferred
熟悉ISO9001质量体系要求，熟悉IATF16949标准要求更佳；
3.Proficient in quality tools (e.g. 8D-method, fishbone, 5WHY) for analyzing and solving problems.
能运用常用的质量工具（如8D、鱼骨图、5WHY）分析并解决问题；
4.Proficient in IATF 5 tools (e.g. APQP, FMEA, SPC, PPAP) for applying in supplier quality management & improvement tasks.
熟悉ITAF五大工具（如FMEA、SPC、PPAP），并能运用在日常工作中；
5 Be able to conduct supplier QSA & QPA.
能独立完成供应商QSA和QPA审核；
