Overall Purpose:Combining the company developing conditions, use human resource theory to assist the superior to formulate and implement the performance appraisal, to ensure human resource is optimized.
1 Manage the human resources data and archives; manage human resources system.
2 Assist with the procedures of employee entry, post adjustment and employee leaving.
3 Organize training programs including new employee training and management training.
4 Coordinate with government and superior administrative unit for relevant programs.
5 Responsible for collect, compile and sort out the job descriptions of all apartments;
6 Assist with the recruitment of the company timely;
7 Complete the work assigned by Human Resource Senior Manager and Supervisor;
Basic requirement:
-Good English writing, listening and speaking skills (CET4 and above)
