What you will do
61 Manage job openings in China & APAC throughout the whole recruitment process
61 Perform various tasks related to employment lifecycle administration and reporting.
61 Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data
61 Ensure compliance in daily work
61 Foster strong cooperation with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality services
61 Participate in additional HR projects and initiatives, with opportunities to implement your own ideas
Who you are
61 You hold at least a bachelor’s degree
61 You have previous HR experience or a keen interest in developing in this area
61 You possess effective communication skills, with proficiency in both Chinese and English
61 You aim for process and quality improvement, with an emphasis on efficiency
61 You have proficient MS Office and analytical skills
61 You are willing and able to undertake a variety of agile tasks
61 You show accuracy and attention to detail
