Responsibilities: 1.Provides HR solutions for AMETEK plants such as localization, cost out, LCR synergy, key competency development and sustainability. 2.As Plant HR leader, responsible to partner with Plant leadership team to develop and execute critical business and organizational strategies in plant. Leveraging Regional HR to manage a site-based HR professional services to managers and employees on site. 3.Supervises the plant HR team on planning, developing and implementing comprehensive HR initiatives from workforce planning, talent development, communication, recognition programs to retain talents and build organizational capability, ensures we have the best talents to execute on our strategy. 4.Provides leadership guidance and mentoring, develops and implements solutions to organizational challenges by leading/coaching others through change. Counsels and influences management/leadership team regarding policies, practices, laws and regulations and monitor application to ensure positive employee relations. 5.Leads the organization and talent development programs & retention initiatives to boost the business growth in high speed. Drives effective development and execution of training programs and practices. 6.Ensure that Internal employee communication is managed effectively within AMETEK Plant. 7.Support and oversee the implementation of Performance and salary Planning Process. Requirement: 1.10+ years of manufactory HR experience of HR knowledge and skills in variety of fields. 2.Has served as an HR business partner or Manager for organizations with differing business units/locations. 3.Broad HR knowledge, familiar with local legislation and employment law; 4.Good communication skills. 5.Good knowledge of office software. 6.Highly collaborative and detail oriented 7.Ability to think out of the box and offer ideas & solutions 8.Proficient in oral and written English 9.Effective time management and able to prioritize multiple tasks 10.Strong ability of organization and execution
