Job Title:
Accounts and HR Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts and HR Supervisor to serve as the right hand to the General Manager. The ideal candidate must possess strong English communication skills and demonstrate competency in both accounting and human resource functions. This is a key position responsible for overseeing daily accounting tasks, supporting HR initiatives, and acting as a liaison with external stakeholders, including accounting firms and government departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts & Finance
80Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records in accordance with company and statutory requirements.
80Liaise with the external accounting firm for all matters related to taxation, audits, financial statements, and compliance.
80Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
80Monitor accounts receivable/payable and cash flow.
80Ensure timely invoicing, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
Human Resources
80Oversee and manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
80Organize and schedule training sessions and workshops for staff development.
80Prepare and process monthly payroll, including overtime, deductions, and statutory contributions.
80Maintain healthy employee relations by addressing concerns, organizing employee engagement activities, and maintaining open communication.
80Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Government Liaison & Administrative Support
80Coordinate with government departments and external agencies on matters such as:
80Processing visas and work permits for overseas employees.
80Company licensing, regulatory filings, and renewals.
80Maintain documentation and records for visa applications and other regulatory requirements.
80Assist the General Manager with special projects, reporting, and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
80Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or related field.
80Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar dual-role capacity.
80Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
80Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
80Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and discretion.
80Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualities:
80Experience working in a manufacturing or healthcare-related environment.
80Familiarity with local labor laws and handling international visa procedures and liaising with foreign employees.
