Make HR plan combined with medium and long term goal. 2. Formulate and perfect HR policy. Make sure employees understand HR policy and process with good communication and propaganda. 3. Lead HR team complete work task such as recruitment , performance management, C&B, training and ER. Ensure HR compliance. 4. Provide professional HR support to all management to improve the manager's people management ability and thus improve the efficiency of the whole organization. 5. Responsible for general management of department, include work plan , performance management, talent development and team building. 6. Responsible for the company's administrative work and ensure the smooth implementation of the administrative work. 7. In charge of various government affairs and maintain good relationship with relevant government departments to facilitate the smooth approval of various government items. 8. Comply with company compliance, EHS and other policies. Job Requirements. 1.Bachelor or above degree in business administration, HR or related major. 2.Have at least 7 years of work experience in HR & Admin, 3 years of experience in HR department manager. Familiar with the manufacturing operation management of the enterprise. 3.Competency/Skills Good communication skills; Excellent Team Player; Have good organization and coordination ability,leadership and execution; Have good discovery, analysis and problem solving skills; Have good talent cultivation and team construction abilities; Master of operating procedure of all HR management function; Master frequently-used tools of HR; Familiar with all labor laws & regulations and other relevant legislations. 4.Fluent ability on oral and written English 5.Good command of Microsoft office. 6.Others High responsibility, passion and self-motivation; Integrity; Keep confidential; Result-oriented
