Job Descriptions: * Publish internal and external job openings according to hiring requisition * Screen candidate based on defined criteria * Source candidates in job boards * Update candidate's data in ERP systems * Support the administration of hiring process * Communicate with internal stakeholders * Generate reports and statistics related to operational work upon request Perform quality checks and support the handling of reclamations * Other operational activities within the recruiting area in accurate and timely manner or other tasks assigned by direct supervisor
Job Requirements: * Bachelor or above degree holder, major in HR is preferred * Minimum 5 years and above in end to end Recruiting. * ERP experience is a must, SAP (success factor) is preferred * CET-4 and above * Adequate spoken and written English ability * Command in MS office software(Excel / Word / PPT) * Good communication skill
