职位描述
岗位主要职责:
1. Be in charge of training and evaluating team members to make sure of that they master the relevant knowledge and skills and perform well, follow up and urge all departments to complete pre-job training (including job transfer), on-the-job training on time, And complete relevant records.
执行下属组员上岗和在岗相关知识/技能的培训和考核,督促和追踪各部门上岗(包含转岗)和在岗的培训的完成情况,并完成相关记录。"
2. Assist immediate superior to formulate HR & Admin Plan , and organized subordinates and coordinated various resources to ensure the smooth progress of HR & Admin plan, completed tasks as planned, and continuously improved working efficiency.
协助上级制订人资行政计划,组织下属及协调各各种资源确保人资行政计划顺利进行,按计划完成任务,不断提高工作效率。"
3. Guided the subordinates' daily jobs of implementation and compliance of daily security, canteen, cleaning, dormitory, attendance, payroll, recruitment, training, performance, employee relations, personnel files and EHS on time, in accordance with quality, quantity and law.
指导下完按时按质、按量、合法合规执行及完成日常保安、饭堂、清洁、宿舍、考勤、工资、招聘、培训、绩效、员工关系、人事档案及人资行政团队内部EHS的工作。"
4. Implement the sourcing of technical and management level talent directly , and communicate with interviewers to coordinate interview scheduling/ candidate background reference/ labor contract or labor agreement preparation.
直接执行技术层级及管理层级的人才的搜寻及与面试官沟通协调面试安排、候选人背景调查、劳动合同或劳务协议准备。"
5. Detect any abnormal problem within the scope of responsibility in time, analyze the causes of problems and implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
对职责范围内任何异常问题能及时发现,并分析问题成因执行纠正和预防措施。"
6. Prepare and revise the Job description of HR & Admin Department and Collect and assist the other department to prepare and revise the Job description and the organization chart of each department. Assist superiors to complete the internal job career path at all levels of the necessary specific skills, knowledge, experience and other standard elements of the establishment.
编制和修订人资行政部岗位说明书和组织架构图,收集及协助其它部门完成岗位说明书组织架构图。协助上级完成内部岗位职业生涯路径各级的必须具体的技能、知识、经验等的要求要素建立。
7. Prepare or audit and record all kinds data of HR & Admin, and report in time.
人资行政部各类报表、数据的记录与整理,并及时汇报。
8. Review and update the procedures/ SOP/ Regulations/ training materials and other documents what is in charge of by Human Resources Administration Department to ensure that all the documents are valid and leagal.
回顾、更新人资行政部负责的程序/作业指导书/制度/培训教材等文档,确保持所以所负责的文档都具有有效性、合法性。
9. Other work arranged by superiors.
上级安排的其它工作。

岗位要求:
1. At least 3 years working experience in textile products (or luggage, outdoor products, medical protective cover products) manufacturing enterprises with the same position or above. Previous working experience in the digital product protective case industry is preferred.
3年以上纺织制品(或箱包、户外用品、医疗保护套制品)制造形企业同岗位或以上岗位工作经验。有过数码产品保护套行业同岗位相关工作经验的优先录取。
2.Familiar with HR planning, recruitment and screening, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations module of HR management. Be good at recruitment and screening, training and development.
熟悉人力资源管理人力资源计划、招聘与筛选、培训与发展、薪酬与福利、员工关系模块的相关工作,擅长招聘与筛选、培训与发展模块。
3. Familiar with relevant law and regulation which is relevant to personel, Safety, Enviorenment, occupation health.
熟悉与人、安全、环境、职业健康相关的法律法规。
4. With administrative management working experiences in security, canteen, cleaning, dormitory, attendance, personnel files and social responsibility auditing.
有过保安、饭堂、清洁、宿舍、考勤、人事档案等行政管理工作经验及应对社会责任验厂工作经验。
5. Fluent English in listening, reading, writing and reading.
英文听说读写流利。
6.College or above.
大学或大学以上。
7.Have regular features.The vision is normal. The limbs are sound and functional. Flexible hand and foot coordination. Normal size.
五观端正。视力正常。四肢健全功能正常。手脚协调灵活。体型正常。
8.Good physical and mental health. Dedicated, responsible, serious, diligent, self-disciplined. Strong execution ability, strong communication and coordination ability.
身心健康。敬业、负责、认真、勤奋,自律。执行能力强,沟通谐调能力强。
