工作职责ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. 监督管理清洁、饭堂、宿舍管理等工作; Supervise cleaning, canteen and dormitory management. 2. 负责年度培训计划的制定及课程的开展; Responsible annual training planning setting and course conduct. 3. 协助AOP的制定并负责每月的费用预算。 Assist AOP formulation and monthly forecast. 4. 负责外国人办理签证、居留许可等事宜; Responsible for visa and residence permit for foreigners. 5. 负责员工活动、生日会、年会等公司活动举行; Responsible for employee activities, birthday party, annual dinner and other company activities. 6. 完成每月工资计算;确保工资数据准确且准时发放; Complete the monthly payroll calculation. ensure relate payroll data are correct and pay on time. 7. 完成有关薪酬数据分析; Complete all kind of salary data analysis. 8. 协助所有人力资源及行政的政策制度落实与执行; Assist that the HR & Admin policies are implemented consistently. 9. 接收和处理员工投诉并解决员工突发事件; Receive, handle employees’ complaints, solve emergency employee issues. 10. 协助管理团队达成目标; Assist Lead team to achieve goals. 11. 负责办公位5S管理和定期更新和维护本职位LSW(标准作业流程书); 5S management of own desk. Regularly update and maintain the HR Specialist leadership standard work. 12. 完成人事行政部临时交付的其他工作。 Other works assign to HR & Admin Dept.
职位要求QUALIFICATIONS 1. 大专或以上学历,专业(人力资源、工商行政或英语等相关专业); College degree or above, major in human resources, business administration or English. 2. 至少5年及以上相关工作经验; At least 5 years or above relevant working experience. 3. 良好的英语能力(听,读,写); CET-6优先考虑; Good English skill (listening, reading, writing). CET-6 is preferred. 4. 熟悉微软应用软件,包括Word, Excel, Power-point; Familiar with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, power-point. 5. 积极主动、具亲和力、有良好的口头和文字表达及协调沟通能力; Proactive, approachable, good verbal and written communication skills. 6. 反应敏捷、责任心强、具团队精神、工作认真细致、谨慎细心; Quick response, strong sense of responsibility, team spirit and careful work. 7. 具极强的保密意识。 Strong sense of confidentiality.
