HR Business Partnership - Partners closely with business leaders to understand ongoing issues and challenges, provide guidance, insights and inputs from HR perspective where appropriate. - Creates and maintain organization chart and provides guidance and input on structures optimization, workforce planning and succession planning. - Serves as a reliable point of contact and resource for questions and concerns regarding HR policies. - Manages the onboarding process, includes the conducting of the orientation program, settling-in arrangement. - Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues and provide counsel and coaching to leaderships on labour matters, employee engagement, employee management, retention and procedures, etc. - Builds and maintain influential relationships with HR professionals. - Organize Company events and employee relations activities. Talent Management - Support the development, maintenance and communication of HR policies. - Designs solutions, strategies and implementation plan for key personnel activities including talent acquisition, development and performance evaluations that provide positive experiences for employee and candidate. - Be responsible for key personnel activities and administrate the full spectrum of HR functions assigned including but not limited to recruitment and training initiatives. - Be involved in the development and implementation of remuneration model modules and guidelines that is consistent with market practices. Deals with compensation and benefits matters while taking finance and budget related responsibilities. - Undertakes other duties as directed from time to time.
Qualifications and experience required - Bachelor’s degree or above. - Fluent in English and Chinese with excellent communication skills both oral and written. - Advanced business administration software skills, expert level usage of Microsoft systems. - Five years of experience in a supervisory role in human resource management with sizable multi-national companies. - Experience in expatriate employee management. - Experience in providing HR full spectrum suggestion and coaching to line manager and staff, COE experience is preferred. - Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment. - Excellent organisational skills and strong ownership of work. - Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail - Ability to multi-task as well as meet short deadlines and can perform effectively and with integrity under pressure. - Shows initiative and can pre-empt issues and challenges with good business sense.
