Position Summary职位描述: Facilitating employee training and development, employee communications and rewards programs etc. to support talent development and drive employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities主要职责: Training & Development (50%): Support in delivering training for the general workforce and targeted functions/employees, including: 61 Assist in annul training assessment & Planning. 61 Training plan execution: training scheduling, training materials, training guides/manuals, course evaluations, etc. 61 Training vendor selection and training effectiveness tracking. 61 Coordinate internal trainers (coordinators) committee. 61 Co-facilitate DOVER Leadership program. 61 Facilitate training follow-up and best practice sharing (team sharing or posting). 61 Orientation for new employees. 61 Support in Growth Academy execution in China.
Employee Relation/Communication(30%): Support in promoting a positive workplace environment through employee communication and engagement, including: 61 Implementing process to increase employee morale, motivation and satisfaction, while reducing turnover (e.g., employee engagement surveys, on-boarding programs, etc.). 61 Establish and improve ER communication plan, facilitate policy and procedure in ER field and ensure compliance. 61 Manage employee communication channels such as regular employee communication meeting, announcement, bulletin board, suggestion boxes, etc. 61 Support company as liaison on communication between employee and corporate under Company's guidance.
Reward & Recognition program execution (10%) 61 Implement GM award and recognition program. 61 Coordinate DFS PACE award and global recognition activities. 61 Lead and manage Annual Special Contribution award and recognition. 61 Assess and optimize reward and recognition policy and process.
HR reporting & projects (10%) 61 Training reporting on local HR KPI. 61 Global and local HR report, such as Turnover report, HC report, etc. 61 Other related tasks assigned by HR Leader.
Candidate Experience and Qualification经验和资格要求: 61 Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human resources or management relevant majors. 61 3-5 years’ experience in HR training, and recruitment or communication experience preferred. 61 Fluent in written and oral English. 61 Good communication skills. 61 Detail oriented and high accountability and compliance. 61 Proficiently use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
