Information System Management and Archive - To collect, manage and archive all HR related documentation, emails and records and ensure all records are accurate and up to date; - Assist to establish and promote HR information system(AI, Digital Data and Paper Data)
Recruitment Support - To assist the recruitment advertising, resumes screening, Interview booking and tracking. - To assist JD & JR review for current positions - To be the primary point of contact for universities, placing advertisements with them and actively promoting the graduate scheme to potential new candidates.
Employee Training and Development - To assist in organizing training activities, including preparation, monitor and support during training, collect training evaluation and follow up. - To collect any feedback and training needs - To help identify any new training providers
Graduate Development Scheme - To complete the pre-new joiner discussions with those joining the graduate scheme - To guide GDS training schedule and complete initial review on GDS training notes - To complete 1,3- & 5-month HR reviews on the Graduate scheme to check in on the performance of the new graduate - To help prepare information for the graduate sign off meetings
Employee Relation Management - To complete employee induction(parts) & training, - To be familiar with company HR rules and regulations and, - Be able to answer any inquiry on policies, procedures and benefits - To promote and implement company benefits
Data input and output - To input and maintain any HR related data, including recruitment, headcount, training and so on - To use simply tools or AI to complete initial data analysis report for senior review
Absence Management & Maternity - To be responsible for stage 1 back to work meetings to discuss reasons for absence and record the findings - To be responsible for stage 1 timekeeping discussions to discuss reasons for lateness and record the findings - To be responsible for maternity checklists and the management of the maternity process. - Others - To handle any case about absence, holidays and sickness, including inquiry, booking and user management - To complete any office operation tasks assigned, including Health & Safety related, first aid related, equipment issues and so on - To complete any temporary HR and/or operation tasks assigned from senior - To collaborate above issues or tasks with other departments
