1、 根据公司组织梳理人力需求,制定人员招聘计划,组织实施招聘活动并完成招聘目标; Formulated recruitment plan according to manpower needs, organized and implemented recruitment activities and completed recruitment targets.
2、与业务部门保持良好的沟通,协助分析人才需求画像,开发利用各种招聘渠道满足业务人才需求; Maintain good communication with business department, assist in analyzing talent demand , develop and use various recruitment channels to meet business talent needs.
3、建立人才储备机制,跟踪和搜集同行业人才动态,吸引优秀人才的加入; Establish talent reserve mechanism, attractand collect talents to join.
4、负责管理岗位说明书并督导各部门完成岗位说明书的编写和更新,以确保为招聘提供必要的信息资源; Responsible for managing and maintain the annually reriew of job description to ensure the consistency of job responsibilities, recruitment needs and personnel requirements.
5、参与雇主品牌的建设活动,维系与候选人的良好沟通,包括入职报到等后续追踪服务工作; Support the onboarding of new hires.
6、完成招聘系统维护,定期进行招聘数据分析,为业务提供改善建议; To maintain the recruitment system and other related reports.
7、优化公司的招聘流程和招聘体系。 Improve company's recruitment process and recruitment system.
任职要求 Requirements
1、 统考本科及以上学历,3年及以上招聘相关经验,具有良好的面试技巧和人才甄选技能; Bachelor degree or above. More than 3yrs' recruitment experience, with good interviewing skill and good at talent selecting.
2、 有外资制造业或RPO猎头招聘从业经验为优; Experience in foreign Manufacturing or Headhunting industry is preferred.
3、良好的组织和分析能力; Good logic thinking.
4、良好的口头表达能力,英文听说读写熟练(必须技能); Good oral communication skills, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
5、熟练应用Excel等办公软件, 会利用数字化工具进行招聘信息的分析。 Proficient in office software such as Excel,Power BI.
