JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support the Documentation from HR Team - Translate the Document(s) from HR (Global) Team: - English to Chinese - Chinese to English - Support the HR Event(s) such as Training, Talent Review, HR Meeting, HR TB, Annual Event Etc. - Arrange the Interviews for Candidates and HRBPs and Interviewers - Candidates follow up - Support the On Boarding for new Colleague - Make the payment application(s) and verification(s)(if need) in the System for HR Team - Learn how to make HR Budget - Other tasks from Line Manager - English is MUST
