Responsibilities:
61 Responsible for all areas of HR in China, including attraction, recruitment, development and retaining of the company07s employees in China
61,Responsible for the design and implementation of the HR Policy and System in China in accordance with the HR Policy and System from German HQ, but also in compliance with the Chinese law and local rules.
Requirements:
61 University degree, fluent in English. German language ability will be a plus.
61 Several years of HR work experience in Western (US or European) manufacturing companies (factory) in China, as HR Specialist or as HR Manager.
61 Leadership-, communication-, organizational-, presentation- and problem-solving skills
61 Integer, empathic personality with strong interpersonal skills
61 Work location is our factory in Kunshan. Kunshan is the only location in China, i.e. sales function is also in Kunshan.
