Training Related: 61Training demands analysis, annual training plan implementation; 61Follow up effectiveness of training programs,include conducting pre - and post - training assessments, gathering participant feedback, and analyzing job performance data after training completion; 61Maintain accurate and detailed records of all training activities; Hiring Related: 61Job requisition clarification with hiring managers, appropriate channel selection, CV screen and interview arrangements in an effective way to make hiring decision, pre - employment evaluations and offering, etc. 61Work with HR team to facilitate smooth onboarding process for new hires. Others: 61Internal Transfer identification and coordination. 61HR report and related HR system; 61Other assignment by Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
61Bachelor and above degree, major in human resource or related area. 61Good command of English skills. 61Minimum 2 years experience in training & recruiting role in a muti-national organization. 61Fluent in using MS tools or equivalent. 61Good influencing, interaction, communication skills. 61Strong sense of responsibility, team player.
