1.Main Objectives This role is both hands-on and strategic and provides expertise in the areas of employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, compensation, employee retention, coaching, development, conflict management and special projects as necessary. This role should be passionate, prepared and ready with the work and help deliver positive change every day. This role is to build a strong HR organizational capability and be a critical leadership member of the company. 2.Area of Responsibility Lead and develop HR strategies, priorities, and talent programs in align with Suprajit Group and company’s strategies. Build a strong HR organization and capabilities to provide HR expertise. Actively develop HR team members. Work with the business and others in HR to develop effective organizational structures and on specific job design and leveling to drive organizational health. Secure that the Company is following statutory law and regulations regarding employees and employment. Work as an internal consultant for management team on people management. Lead and drive talent reviews, individual development plan, succession plan, performance review. Partner effectively with other both internal and external HR parties and to design and roll-out HR solutions. Evaluate and interpret policy for management/employees and resolve/prevent conflict within the organization. Act positively as a bridge for the company and employee to keep a good employee relation. Design and develop training programs to train and develop employees. Get involved in recruitment for each white-collar selection to make sure qualified candidate to be hired to meet position requirements. Support Health\Safety\Environment management. Work with Quality/HSE engineer, attend local authority meeting regarding HSE when necessary and deliver requirement internally. Work with Quality/HSE engineer to organize Fire emergency evacuation each year. Take overall leadership of administration. 3.Personal Tasks Serve as Human Resources Business Partner responsible for all HR activities. Develop the HR function aligning strategic and corporate objectives. 4.Main Challenges Drive business development 5.Important External Contacts Lawyers Local authorities Recruitment agencies 6.Competence profile (ideal) Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience. 5+ years in HR management experience 10+ years’ experience in a HR Business Partner or other HR role including coaching, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, training and HR project management or program implementation. Knowledge of China labor laws and regulations for employment. Ability to effectively partner with all levels of the organization and positively influence teams. Proven planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks. Outstanding written and verbal communication; must be a clear, concise and persuasive communicator. Safety\Health\Environment Management experience is preferred. Trained and certificate on HSE. Production or manufacturing environment experience preferred. 7.Authority Under the direction of GM to take proper suggestions and decisions regarding to human resource activity.
