Duties:
1、 Management of the representative office of a garment company in China (Shanghai);
2、 Budgeting of office activities, financial reporting;
3、 Coordination of all administrative matters;
4、 Management of quality control procedures for finished products;
5、 Control of production processes;
6、 Control over the work of textile industry auditors;
7、 Checking the placement of orders in factories;
8、 Organization of current and final inspections of the production of orders;
9、 Negotiations with potential partners;
10、Prompt solution of emerging issues of production and logistics.
Requirements:
1、At least 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in the position of Branch Director/Representative Office Director, Head of Sewing Production;
2、 Skills of managing subordinates from 20 people;
3、 Understanding of the technological processes of clothing production;
4、 Knowledge of the peculiarities of the mentality of the inhabitants of South Africa;
5、 Higher education (technologist / designer of sewing production / design);
6、 Fluent spoken and written English;
7、 Experience in clothing production, working with factories, management experience, negotiating, communicative, responsible.
