We also put great emphasize on your solid HR knowledge competences, as well as experience solid knowledge of HR operations, familiar with labor law and common HR processes. Works in close collaboration with business departments to provide fully support on professional HR services & strategies delivery. You easily make independent decisions and communicate effortlessly with both colleagues and external partners. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Take full responsibilities for the recruitment of assigned positions independently to make sure all recruitment processes are conducted efficiently and in accordance with company policies and standards to meet with manpower needs. 2. Partner with all departments to execute performance management process. Drive talent planning process including succession plans, development plans and potential career paths for key positions and high potential employees. 3. Support employee lifecycle management, including onboard and exit process, employee exit talk, contact renewal, etc. 4. Support and counsel line managers with people management and labour relationship management, including but not limited to be responsible for communicating, motivating, retaining, dismissing department employees, and providing effective solutions. 5. Have training analysis, identify training need and deliver training program within the budget,including but not limited to new employee orientation and regular internal training. 6. Support HR Manager with HR budgeting, performance management and HR programs & solutions based on business & internal customer needs. 7. Other jobs assigned by line manager. JOB REQUIREMENT: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above 2. Solid knowledge of HR operations, familiar with labor law and common HR processes. 3. Good English skills both in written and oral, good interpersonal and communication skill. 4. High sense of responsibility, excellent time-management, problem-prevention, and problem-solving skills, resourceful, work accurately with close attention to detail, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. 5. 5 years related working experience.
