Be able to identify potential risks and report them in time. ◆ Work closely with PLC to ensure timely and correct operation of partner social insurance . ◆ Responsible for completing payroll and benefits related operations and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of results. ◆ For abnormal data, can find the root cause of the problem in time and solve the problem correctly. ◆ Be able to communicate and work well with payroll's upstream and downstream partners. ◆ Can meet audit requirements, ensure data compliance, and retain a variety of valid documents ◆ Be able to cooperate with cross team, have good relationship with BP/Ops, answer all kinds of BP/OPS inquiries in time ◆ Sort out the workflow and optimize it 任职资格: ◆ Bachelor degree and above ◆ 1-2 years + HR operation or SSC experience in company which over 1000+ people (retail industry is a plus) ◆ Quick learning and problem-solving skills; ◆ Good communication skill for service delivery; ◆ Solid MS office skills including excel, word, Power point and others ◆ Good in written and oral English; ◆ Responsible, initiative and ability of work under pressure.
