Support TRM to do compensation and benefit plan analysis, review, and communication ? Provide technical and coordination support in the implementation of TR programs, policies, and processes ? Partner with country HR team members to ensure TR compliance ? Contribute to benchmarking activities by supporting data extraction and analysis to support business needs. ? Local TR Vendors Management ? Participate in AP TR regional or other countries’ projects as needed
? Partner with HR to provide consulting service on TR topics and give guidance in accordance with TR policy ? Analyze and evaluate external market data as well as internal data about current associates' population and future human resource needs;
? Support TR manager to implement TR programs , policies and process & Partner with local HR by provinding technical support to liaise with functional or business managers to develop and implement local TR strategies
? Support annual Salary and merit planning process to ensure annual and mid cycle changes stay consistent with Org guidelines. ? Manage all aspects of C&B offerings, administration associated with new hires, transfers, terminations, and promotions
? Partner with country SSC and HRs to ensure TR compliance and timely monitoring of Greater China and XXX(one AP country) data consolidation:
? Participate in some AP TR regional or other countries’ projects in analysis support
Minimum 5 years' experience in the area of Compensation & Benefits ? Strong analytical skills ? With experience or exposure in Job evaluation, merit increase planning, incentive program design and implementation, reward, and recognition programs, etc. ? TR Experiences in AP countries, especially XXX(one AP country) is preferred ? HR IT system experience in Workday is a plus ? Broder exposure and experiences in different industries and employee types such as SAG, hourly, union (CBA) is preferred ? Ability to contract with external agencies to understand / interpret market trends and use it to refine TR strategy/plans
