61 Lead and ensure timely and quality operation and necessary optimization of the outsourced payroll operation within OneCountry Organization. 61 Deploying Performance Management and C&B campaigns including Annual Individual Review (AIR), Manager Review, merit increase campaign (MSI), MSM, ACC and etc. 61 Provide suggestions on benefits program according to Total Reward strategy and the context in different business. 61 Manage in the budgeting and recommend budgeting to the people expense from human resource perspective, monitoring the expense performance and providing related reports against this plan. 61 Lead competitive benchmark analysis, participate in market TRS (Total remuneration Survey) yearly and job matching to provide salary structure recommendations; and participate Global MSM campaign as necessary 61 Develop and initiate policies, procedures that are commercially beneficial to the business, in conjunction with Region and Global performance and reward strategy, and reflect the financial realities of the business in line with government rules 61 Ensures compliance with local compensation laws and regulations. Drive the standardization of total rewards and manage the rewards governance to ensure equity and compliance across the market 61 Oversee the management of global job grading framework and its associated governance processes. 61 Act as advisor with key player in matters related to Country Com&Ben area, fostering and development of positive, visibility, committed environment. 61 Support on setting up HR management foundation for new affiliates and joint venture if needed. 61 Team management: lead the payroll and rewards team to achieve the yearly operational and project targets
Qualifications 61 Bachelor degree holder or above a minimum of 15 years of experience in Human resources with at least 5 years of experience managing C&B programs. 61 Experience of managing Total Rewards compliance issues, policy development, and implementation of new compliance policies to meet local and national governing laws. Strong command and current knowledge of PRC labour law and regulation 61 Strong data analytical skills. With good communications, organizational, problem solving, planning, project management skills. 61 Strong principles and fairness, able to carry out related policy projects from a professional and overall perspective. 61 Able to continuous learn and improve professional ability, with high work enthusiasm and strong sense of responsibility, mature and professional style. 61 Experience of HRIS integration and optimization is a plus. 61 Good command of both written and spoken English. 61 Agility to handle changes and to work collaboratively across branches.
